nye 2012 // first day of 2013!

NYE 2012!
so, this year (for the first year in a very very very long time) i decided to stay in on new years eve! i know, right? it's a bit crazy!
pete and i were invited to a few parties, and wish we could of some how went there and seen all of our friends on new years eve, but it's just not possible!
about a month ago, pete won a $1000 bottle of wine at work, so we decided we'd stay in, make a delicious dinner and drink our wine! ♥ so awesome. it was really special to get to spend the night with just pete & i, he makes me very happy!
at about 6pm we went to visit with my bros + mikey + linds + ivy, and it was absolutely lovely, i am so thankful i get to spend so much time with them :)

pete and i made some delicious snacks, our dinner and drank our wine! we also popped some champagne and had a dance party! we talked about our favourite parts of 2012 together and had some good laughs // we also worked on our 2013 goals, and made some as a couple! i am just so happy for another year of adventures with that boy!

today, we got to sleep in a bit && then watched soccer together and i made pete breakfast! mmm:) it was a day of delicious beverages, hehe! started off with coffee and baileys, then mimosas, and then caesars! (lolz)

we took down our christmas tree [sigh] and tidied up, did laundry, had a bubble bath, did a face mask, i feel very productive so far going in to 2013! still have to finish up my goals for the year (i go all out) so i will post those very soon! i am back to work tomorrow and i am actually really looking forward to getting back in to my life routine!

this whole holiday season has been wonderful, glad we ended it the way we did.
what did you do for NYE?
& new years day?
