oh no...

[ xo ]

i'm going through a phase where i'm like "i don't want to blog anymore" & "no one cares" & "i just don't have time" haha, i know i will snap out of it. i guess i just have too much going on right now, i feel like i can't put much time in to my blog right now. and that's okay.

do you ever feel like this? what helps you snap out of it? help me!

i think on my next free day or few hours, i will go to a sweet little cafe in toronto, get some delicious coffee, and do some blog brainstorming! come up with some new ideas, get creative, open my mind and get back in my bloggin' groove.

wish me luck! ♥

  2. um...yes I always feel like this! lol. That's so cool I didn't know you were Canadian too! My thoughts are...life is more important and it's good to just take a break from blogging and live your life. So you don't have to worry about stepping away from the blogster once in a while. I think maybe sitting down with a notebook and brainstorming new ideas or new little goals with your blog will refresh things?

  3. i love your upbeat posts & spunky attitude towards life. you are so encouraging to read after a long day! it's so funny how going to a coffee shop can make your brain thinkg in a way that no where else can. I love it. Some of my fave cafes in TO are Te Aro & Mercury [on the east end] and any Dark Horse espresso bar. Good luck girl!

  5. Yeah I'm having the same phase right now, I've been busy with work so far this year and the blog has taken a back seat. It's hard to get back in the swing of things. I don't know what I'm going to do yet either, but good luck! Maybe you just need a lil break. Xx

  6. Those feelings are only human! But don't stop blogging! I love reading what you have to say and share. Take a break from the blogosphere if you need to, I'll still be here when you come back!

  7. Don't worry! I never blog at all anymore, I'm just not at the right part in my life to want to share.
But you are busy, doing great things and it's play if you don't want to! The best part about it, is that your blog and your followers (and friends!) will be here when want to.

But we all care, for the record!
    Well, I do anyway :)

  8. Sometimes a change of environment helps but it's ok to go through funks. This is why I only post once a day and hardly post on weekends but I don't want to burn myself out. The less pressure you put on yourself, the better you will feel about blogging. :)

  9. I don't have any great advice for you, but what I do have to say is that your blog is one of my all time favorite blogs that I read. Your positivity and upbeat writing style and commitment to all things cute really makes me smile no matter what kind of day I'm having and it inspires me to keep blogging! So, when you think no one is reading or no one cares, it is probably not true. ;)

  10. I've been going through something similar, I'm at the tail end of it! Go outside and spend some time with nature. Whenever I do that, I feel refreshed and ready to take on anything, even blogging when it seems to be a daunting task. :)

  11. Awww I care!!! Honestly though, if you need a bit of time, take it! Don't fret about not working on your blog. Because you will start to miss it, and you will come back! Only refreshed! So take a little vacay, you deserve it!!

  13. I get like this sometimes! And then I take a break. And realize that I don't HAVE to blog every day.

  14. Oh girl, everyone goes through this. Blogging takes effort. And when no one comments you're like...uh??! I go through phases like that but then I get a comment from a reader who inspires me all over again. If you pressure yourself to blog, it won't be good stuff. Let it come naturally.
